A Note on Our Passion for Financial Literacy:

Welcome to The Maggie Walker Financial Literacy Program. Our goal with financial literacy is to provide youth from middle school to college with insight on how to set up their financial future. We will also aim to target and empower low-income families or individuals with knowledge about their finances. At the Maggie Walker Project, we understand that financial literacy offers the opportunity to reclaim one’s future; from managing daily expenses to planning for retirement, we help to equip individuals with the tools to make informed decisions. Additionally, we hope to provide individuals with insight into entrepreneurship. We’re passionate about this because we believe it will give the next generation a jump start on their futures and help them achieve financial freedom. We are truly excited about this program and hope to create new connections, memories, and (most importantly) help our community.
